Hello ,

My name is Maria, I was born in Finland and have lived in the Uk for 8 years. I am a mother, healer and craftivist. Wherever I live I carry Finland with its green forests and blue lakes in my heart and whenever possible I like to walk barefoot to feel the connection to our great mother . I am a great lover of nature, arts, crafts, singing and coming together as a community.

I am offering you my service for you on your path . My journey to healing started in 2006 with Ayurvedic massage studies , followed by  Reiki in 2008 , Fine art studies in 2010 ,Shaktidance in 2012 ,Rainbow children yoga training in 2015 ,yoga therapy training in March 2020 and Yoga Nidra teacher training . I run classes, workshops, trainings and 1-2-1 sessions .

I was blessed by the birth of my gorgeous daughter in 2013 .Motherhood  facilitated a great change both in me , my own practice and business. During the rewarding moments as a mother I have also experienced the sadness of loss through miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy. Theses were trialing experiences for me as a mother as well as our family.  Because of my own experiences and the changes that I have gone through I have developed a deep interest in womens health, empowerment and healing following cyclical awarenesses. I have completed my training in women's yoga therapy and I am delighted to offer you 1-2-1 sessions as well as womens circles . Inspired by the Welsh Shamanic tradition ,I am creating bespoke colourful sacred cloaks and scarves that you can find here on my website.
